Architectual concept renderings

As a trained visual artist who formerly taught at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Carissa Seidl can work with minimal resources to develop architectual concept renderings at a fraction of the cost than an architectual firm. Sample projects include those where visuals are needed such as:

• Presenting concepts to prospective investors to raise capital for real estate developments
• Displaying concept residential or commercial buildings on vacant land (street elevation and birds-eye views)
• Sectioning off vacant land with overlays to identify potential lot lines, utilities or zones

Because most of this type of work, especially the more exciting projects, is highly confidential and not for public display, we are unable to show any specific concepts.
